Head of Product
ABOUT
We're seeking a Product Manager with a doer's mindset and significant startup experience. You'll be responsible for driving product development and strategy.
This role requires someone who is not only technically adept but also comfortable with occasional evening hours to collaborate with our US team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage complex product processes, bridging between our CTO and CEO.
- Translate vision into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
- Lead product strategy, optimizing features and operational processes through data insights.
- Drive product development for the US market, prioritizing features and owning them from A to Z.
- Collaborate closely with a US-based Product Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- A dynamic individual with 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a background in B2B environments.
- Experienced in working with US markets, ideally with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- With some overlap in the construction industry, but not necessarily from that industry.
